Throughout our history, Palmview has played an integral role in shaping the groundwork for progress in Nigeria, primarily through construction of significant civil and commercial infrastructure.

2025

Construction of Arterial Road N5, Gwarinpa

FCDA awarded Palmview with construction of the 4.4km dual carriageway from Life Camp Junction to Ring Road 3, including stormwater drainage, sewage lines, power conduits, street lighting, and a river bridge.

2025

Commissioning — Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre

Full renovation completed including finishing, MEP works, sanitary rehabilitation, facade work, furniture, and external works. Contract awarded October 2024, delivered on emergency timeline.

2025

Groundbreaking — New Armed Forces Complex, Asokoro, Abuja

Four interconnected buildings totalling over 100,000m² including offices, operational centres, a 1,500-capacity conference hall, gyms and specialist facilities for approximately 3,000 personnel.

2024

Abuja Roads B6 & B12 Commissioned

Constitution Avenue (B6) and Independence Avenue (B12) commissioned in Abuja's Central Area District, serving the three-arms zone, diplomatic zones and major ministries.

2023

Flyover Infrastructure Commissioning, Rivers State

Commissioning of major flyover infrastructure as part of the Port Harcourt Urban Renewal Programme, improving connectivity and reducing traffic congestion across the state capital.

2022

Specialist Hospital, Port Harcourt

Completion of a state-of-the-art specialist medical facility, the first of its kind in the West African subregion, marking a significant milestone in health infrastructure delivery.

2019

Abuja-Kano Road — Cold Recycling Methodology Pioneered

Palmview pioneers the use of Cold Recycling Methodology for road rehabilitation in Nigeria, an approach that enhances both road durability and eco-consciousness while reducing construction costs.

2015

Company Incorporated — Palmview Global Construction

Incorporated as a Nigerian entity (CAC Reg. 7129966) and begins executing complex and diverse construction projects. Headquarters established at No. 10 Suez Crescent, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja FCT.
